Join us for a joyful family day out, filled with fun activities, mindful moments and feel-good vibes to help you relax, reconnect and laugh together.
Explore the beautiful surroundings or join in with the mindfulness activities on offer – there’s something for everyone!  Hop aboard the charming miniature railway for a delightful ride – what will you spot along the way?  Take part in taster sessions to help you relax and unwind from outdoor yoga, meditation, scenic walking routes, colouring, arts and crafts and more.  

Light refreshments and snacks will be available to purchase in the undercover area by the entrance to the miniature railway.  You are welcome to bring a picnic to share at picnic tables or join in with our children’s teddy bear picnic.  

Entry fees and all proceeds raised will be donated to Thurrock and Brentwood Mind to provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem.  So not only will you be boosting your own mental wellbeing, you’ll also be helping others in our local communities.
